Soul Frequency Mapping
A map to help you remember who you are on a soul level — why you are here, the lessons you came to experience, and the gifts you brought with you.
What if your life began before you were born?
Soul Frequency Mapping works from the understanding that before incarnation, the soul writes the script for the life ahead. The people we will meet. The experiences that will shape us. The challenges through which we will grow. The gifts we will carry. And the deeper path running beneath it all.
Then we are born, and we forget.
We enter this life without conscious memory of the script we have written. We become immersed in the human experience — family, relationships, loss, love, struggle, discovery, change. Yet beneath it all, something remains. A deeper part of us remembers.
This is why so much of the spiritual journey is a journey of remembrance. We begin to recognise patterns. Certain experiences repeat. Natural gifts emerge. Some paths feel deeply familiar. Pieces begin to connect.
Soul Frequency Mapping offers a way of reading that deeper pattern.
At the heart of the system is your birth name, chosen by the soul as an energetic blueprint for this lifetime. Each letter carries a numerical frequency which can be translated through gematria, an ancient Hebrew system connecting letters and numbers.
Those frequencies are calculated and arranged around a six-point star, forming a map of the lessons, talents and goals carried within your name. At its centre sits your Soul Destiny, bringing the complete pattern together.
What Your Map Reveals
Your map is formed through six positions, each revealing a different part of the journey you have written for yourself. At the centre sits your Soul Destiny, bringing these different threads together.
Physical Karma
The physical-life lessons chosen for this incarnation. These reveal the challenges you are here to move through and what your body, environment and lived experiences are teaching you through contrast.
Spiritual Karma
The deeper spiritual lessons carried into this life. These reveal patterns asking to be healed, transformed or brought into greater awareness as you grow.
Physical Talents
The natural gifts you bring into the physical world — abilities and strengths that are already within you, often waiting to be recognised, trusted and consciously used.
Spiritual Talents
The spiritual gifts you arrive with — intuitive, energetic and inner capacities that arise from the deeper intelligence of the soul.
Physical Goals
The qualities you are here to develop and bring into the world through the way you live, work, create and contribute.
Spiritual Goals
The higher qualities your soul is moving towards — revealing how your inner growth becomes part of what you bring to others and to the world around you.
Soul Destiny
Sitting at the centre of the six-point star, your Soul Destiny is the essence your entire journey is leading towards. It brings together your karma, talents and goals, revealing the qualities you are ultimately here to become and embody.
The real depth of the map appears when these positions are read together.
Frequencies can repeat in different parts of the star, revealing connections that may have been playing out throughout your life. A challenge can contain the seed of a talent. A natural gift can become the means through which a goal is reached. What first appear to be separate parts of your life begin to reveal themselves as pieces of the same greater pattern.
Written in Your Name
Your Soul Frequency Map is created from your full birth name, exactly as it was given at birth. From this, I calculate your frequencies, construct your six-point star and bring everything together into one complete personal reading.
This is a reading I recommend returning to over time. As you move through different experiences and stages of life, different parts of the map may resonate more strongly, revealing new connections and deeper layers within your journey.
