This session is a simple but powerful introduction to working with the breath.

We begin by exploring how breath shapes the body, the mind, the nervous system, and how small shifts can change how you feel.

You’ll start to experience the breath as something you can use to release tension, regulate the system, and come back into yourself.

As the session unfolds, the breath finds its own rhythm. With music, the body softens, the mind quiets, and space begins to open.

There is nothing to get right here. Only something to feel.

You may leave lighter, clearer, more grounded, and with a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
